At Skywalker Trampolines, we stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure your family enjoys every jump. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery in its original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully disassemble the trampoline and pack all components, including hardware and safety netting, into the original manufacturer packaging.

• 3.
  Label and Send

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package through your preferred carrier to our designated returns facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the contents and condition of the return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
