How long does shipping take for a Skywalker trampoline?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Due to the size and weight of our trampolines, orders may arrive in multiple boxes on different days.
What is the weight capacity of your trampolines?
Weight capacities vary by model. Our 15-foot round trampolines generally support up to 200 lbs, while our high-performance rectangle models can support up to 350 lbs.
Are replacement parts available for older models?
Yes, we carry a wide range of genuine Skywalker replacement parts including mats, safety nets, springs, and spring pads to ensure your trampoline remains safe for years.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs on heavy items.
Is it difficult to assemble a Skywalker trampoline?
Our trampolines feature a patented T-bracket system that simplifies assembly. Most models can be set up by two adults in approximately 2 to 3 hours.
Do I need to take my trampoline down during winter?
While our frames are weather-resistant, we recommend removing the safety net, mat, and spring pad during heavy snowfall or extreme winds to prevent structural damage.
